One Weigh at a Time and Fitness Friday

One Weigh at a Time

It's that time of the week again! Weigh in Day! So my results for this week: I was 182.6 last week and this week.... 180.8! 1.8 pounds down, just shy of my 2 pound goal for the week. Not bad :)
Hope everyone else is doing well. I feel my clothes getting looser and I am making way better food choices than before. And I have not touched soda except for having some ginger ale this week when I got hit by a stomach bug. Sometimes we  have to look at our non-scale victories too! Do you have any non-scale related victories for this week? Please share.

According to the Wii I've lost 5 lbs, but went to my dr apt today and the scale said I was exactly the same as last month...sort of depressing, but I started working out again, so there's my victory!

Perfect! You're doing great! 1-2 pound weight loss is exactly what is healthy and I'm super impressed by your dedication! I'm proud to say that I've lost the same this week from using the upcoming EA SPORTS Active as part of my 30 day challenge. Great job!

You are SO right to look at your "non-scale" victories! Good for you! We need something to measure our success by other than a number!

Keep up the great work! I look forward to hearing from you next week!!

Good Job! Sounds like you are doing what you need to do to lose the weight. That's exciting. I also love when my clothes get loser (which they have in the last 6 weeks). I am only 3 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight, but I have quite a belly still. I am scared to try on my pre pregnancy pants. I am afraid it would depress me since I have these different curves. Anyway! Sorry to blab on ... back to you ... I am very excited for you! Keep up the good work!

A loss is a loss, right? My non-scale victory - wearing a smaller size than I bought last time! Always fun.

Thank you all again for your great comments and support!

Everyone is doing a great job :)

Colleen, feeling and seeing the difference is great :)

Jen, It's stinks when your scale at home and the one in the Dr.'s office don't show the same weight! Great that you are working out again!

Julie, I can't wait to try EA Sports. I have been keeping tabs on the 30 day challenge. Once I get mine I'll do the challenge myself. I"m so excited!

Julie, I know it's scary to try on the pre-pregnancy pants but you are doing a great job!

Michelle, congrats on the smaller size!

Ciara, Thanks and I know you will get back on track!
