He may be my little brother but he is my rock! Whenever I need him I know he is just a phone call away and I can't express how much I love and appreciate him! He is a great Goddaddy to Jr. and a great brother, uncle to my babies and friend!
I love you Jay Jay!!!

This is my first Not Me Monday!!!
1. I did not spend an hour trying to get my Dad's contacts on his Iphone. I also did not create 4 separate e-mail addresses for my Dad in a vain attempt to get the contacts on his phone.
2. I did not eat almost a whole bag of M&M's last night and end up having a chocoholic hangover this morning.
3. I did not wish I was home sleeping while Julia was dancing and partying at her Halloween party.
4. I certainly did not stay up until 3 AM watching a marathon of 17 kids and Counting on TLC.
5. I also did not eat 2 pieces of the flan my Mom made especially for hubby for all the hard work he did on her ceilings... nope that was not me!
Please visit MckMamma's blog for more Not Me Monday!
Julia had her Halloween party at her dance school this weekend. She had so much fun! I was still fighting my cold so I watched her run, dance, laugh and have a good time with her little friends from the sidelines!
She looked so pretty in her fairy costume. We had technical difficulties with the wings so we took them off practically as soon as we got there. She had on my Mom's tiara from her vow renewal to my Dad. Julia looked like she was going to the prom!
There were some very inventive costumes from the tweens and teens at the party. One girl was dressed as Sarah Palin, with wig, suit and Mccain/Palin sign. She looked like a mini me version of Palin! My other favorite costume was the girl who dressed like Ugly Betty! She had on a blue dress, Mexican poncho, glasses and Ugly Betty name tag! I tried to get some good pictures but I can't download yet because the batteries died on the camera. It's a loaner from my Mom so I'll have my Mom download the pics and send them to me.
Julia's little friends were so cute. One girl was dressed as Supergirl and another as an Indian princess. They looked so adorable! There were plenty of Hannah Montanas and Disney Princesses.
What cracked me up was how the kids were not really dancing until the DJ started playing songs from High School musical. The dance floor got so crowded as soon as the first notes of the first HSM song the DJ played came on! The kids danced to every HSM , Hannah Montana, and Jonas Brothers song that was played.
The older girls from the dance school did a dance to the song Time Warp from Rocky Horror Picture song. I really enjoyed watching them! They are so talented!
This is them same girls doing a dance to a song from Hairspray at last year's recital:

You're talented and accomplished, but life keeps conspiring to keep you and your dreams down. While your waiting for your big chance (the one that someone doesn't take away for once)you're there for all your friends, a shoulder to cry on, a source of invaluable info, good and bad. In other words, the rock that everyone depends on. And of course you always know the best gossip.
