One Weigh at a Time and Fitness Friday

One Weigh at a Time

It's that time of the week again! Weigh in Day! So my results for this week: I was 180.8 last week and this week.... 181. No loss this week.. a 0.2 gain so since the gain is so slight I guess it's really like no change this week! I know why I didn't get a loss this week. I veered off course and didn't journal what I was eating. I indulged a bit this week. Hopefully I can get myself back on track for next week.
How do you bounce back after a non-loss week?

Stopping by to give support. Look at it as water gain. we can gain 2 lb of water weight. so,let's say you loss, it just that extra water. Now do you feel better,LOL. Happy weekend.

To bounce back...just keep trying. Dont give up! I have had a couple weeks of nothing...then end up having a couple great weeks. YOu gotta just stick with it! Stay positive too!

.2 lbs is nothing! You will lose that in no time. Just remember how much you have lost & go back to doing what you were doing! I did the same thing as you last week. I ate lots of cookies!

Could be the time of day, too! You never know, if you waited an hour it may have shown different. I was joking around with Sarah from the Wii Mommies last night saying to pee and take everything out of our pockets before we weigh in to see if there's a difference lol!

Feeling your pain today. I just can't seem to get the scale to drop. I check measurements too, because I know that my body is changing, even if the scale is mocking me.

We all hate having the scale go up, but it happens and so much can influence it...time of day, clothes we wear, what we've eaten, how "regular" we are...don't worry about it and just keep doing what you are doing.

Thank you for all the support! Sorry I'm late in responding. I had a virus on my computer!

I love all the bounce back tips!
