I'm a day late with my weigh in! I was 185.6 last week. This week I am at 186.1 so a slight gain of 0.4 pounds.
My weight loss tip for this week is to keep a food journal! You can do it on paper on or online. To do it online check out sites like www.livestrong.com , www.50millionpounds.com or www.fitday.com . These are all free to use! They help you track calories, set goals and some have free meal plans. Food journaling works because you get a visual of what you are eating each day and it holds you accountable. It also helps you plan ahead. When I was successful at weight loss I would plan what I was going to eat ahead of time and write it in the journal and most times I stuck to it!

Don't get discouraged...you sound determined so you will do it! keep pressing forward. I did the best when I tracked my food intake as well.
