One Weigh at a Time

I didn't lose or gain this week but I knew that was going to happen because I indulged on Superbowl Sunday and I wasn't able to do Wii Fit because the sensor bar to our Wii broke! But at least Ididn't gain so that is good!

I wanted everyone to check out this website: http://www.hungry-girl.com/. This website site has lots of information on food to buy that is low in fat/calories. The website also provides recipes and other tips.

For anyone doing Wii Fit check this out: http://fitness.coolmomguide.com/ . They have tips, tricks and fun contests for anyone that is working out with Wii Fit.

As for my long term goals: I want to about 40 pounds. I've been giving myself mini goals. I'd like to lose another 4-5 pounds by Valentine's Day and another 10-15 pounds by St. Patrick's Day (my little man's 2nd birthday!)

giving yourself mini goals is the best way to go. i got to my first mini goal, then gained, now back...still not to next, but more determined this time. you can do it! i do the wii fit, too :)

Staying the same is better than gainiing any day. With the superbowl party...you did good. Keep it up and shoot for the mini goals. I think that is a great idea.

Staying the same is a good thing. Goals are great and I know they really help me.
